When will I hear from Home Forward?

Home Forward expects to notify applicants in late 2026 by mail, email, and through their RentCafe account. We’ll announce on our website when notifications are available.

Can I check my application status?

• Yes. Log in to RentCafe and select Waiting List Status to view your application and waitlists. Your 2026 waitlist status and position will not be available until the lottery has been processed.

Can I check my waitlist position?

• Not yet. 2026 waitlist positions will not appear until the lottery is completed and positions are assigned. Home Forward’s Waitlist Position Portal will not display the 2026 waitlists until the lottery has been processed.
